CRASH LANDING ON YOU K-DRAMA

THE BEST FUZZY, ROMANTIC, ACTION K-DRAMA

OF ALL TIME

If you are a K-Drama fan, you would have already watched Crash Landing On You. If you have not, where have you been?!

This is a super popular K-drama, with the highest viewership ratings in tvN history & is also popular amongst international viewers, as it is available to watch on Netflix. It is full of witty charm, many comedic moments, sweet romance, tear jerkers on your heart string moments & plenty of action from start to finish.

SYNOPSIS

A story about a South Korean hieress, of a wealthy conglomermate, who is also.a businesswoman of her own company, Yoon Se Ri (actress Son Ye Jin). On one of her business projects, whilst paragliding & due to a turbulent change of high winds & stormy weather, it caused her to make an accidental crash landing in North Korea, where she was discovered by a North Korean army officer Lee Jung Hyuk (actor Hyun Bin), whom protects her & they both soon fall in love with each other in a secret romance.

WHY THIS IS A MUST WATCH

This K-Drama is a full of brilliant scenes from beginning to end, there was no boring moment. It is one of my favourite K-Drama's, watched it twice now, one that's made it on my "rewatch" list. Yes I love it that much!

The storyline is beautifully scripted, like I mentioned before, full of funny moments between the Captain's army squad, the North Korean village life & the ajumma community, the realisations of the differences between North & South Korea & the longing of reunification between the two countries & topics of North Korean defectors, combined with forbidden romance, with plenty of conflicts & action between the baddies & the good, dutiful military officers really get all your emosh levels going.

I really like the nod to history & current relations today between South Korea & North Korea, where they still remain divided, showing both sides of cultures & the value of belonging in a community.  Also it gives a twist to "Romeo & Juliet" vibes here, for the South Korean hieress & North Korean army officer who should not have met, as South Korea & North Korea are separated countries & have differing political beliefs, yet they fall in love with each other & cannot be together, because of the two countries conflicts.

The complete choice of cast, every single one were amazing, their chemistry were electrifyingly spectacular. Very talented, I feel they all deserve an award!

A definite, must watch if you haven't watched it, but warning, get a box of tissues ready & enjoy. You won't regret it.
