MY GO TO NUDE LIPSTICKS OF ALL TIME

My absolute favourite lipstick colour of choice are nude shades. I think nude colours are great for everyday, from day to night. I am a sucker for neutral colours, so I do gravitate to nude lip colours, they are fail safes. Nude lipsticks come in a wide, varying tones, so you just need to find your shade that will match your skin tone the best. Every gal has their own perfect nudes. I have 3 holy grail, favourite nude lipsticks I love wearing.

CHARLOTTE TILBURY MATTE REVOLUTION 

PILLOW TALK 

This is a nude with pink tone lipstick in a bullet, encased in a gorgeous rose gold packaging. So pretty on your dresser & in your bag. This nude pink shade suits every skin tone & I do think this is universally loved, as its loved by many beauty fans. 

I hate the feeling of dry lips & so I dislike lipsticks that dry out your lips & matte lipsticks can be drying. Although, Charlotte Tilbury's Pillow Talk lipstick is a matte lipstick, surprisingly I do not feel it wears like a typical matte lipstick. It has a creamy cashmere like texture, which applies easily onto my lips, giving it a glowing soft wash of long lasting colour. It definitely is not drying. The formulation is enriched with papaya & orchid extracts, perfectly mixed with Triglycerides, oils & waxes to keep the lips healthily, hydrated. I know the papaya has good benefits for the skin so to see it incorporated into this product is nice to see. A product, where it doesn't just make you look good, feel good but it actually has good nourishing benefits to your skin. 

I love wearing this lipstick, perfect for day, night & every occasion in my opinion. It's a definite winner!

I even have the lip liner in Pillow Talk, which is perfect to carry in smaller bags, & I sometimes just use the lip liner on its own. 

3CE STYLENANDA VELVET LIP TINT 

NEW NUDE 

This is a Korean lip product in shade New Nude, which is a warm, peach, beige shade, it is easy to wear & brightens up your complexion. The texture is light & airy, giving a velvet soft finish on the lips. You apply this using the doe foot applicator, the product glides on effortlessly, as it feels soft & creamy, then it dries to a velvety matte finish.  Although this is matte, it is not drying. My lips feel soft & hydrated during its wear.

I love nude shades which have peachy, coral tones to it, as it warms up your complexion instantly. So I enjoy wearing this one, as I love Korean beauty products too. Fabulous product. 

HUDABEAUTY LIQUID MATTE 

BOMBSHELL

This nude has a subtle tone of pink to it, naturally, understated vibe. The pigment is dense so colour pay off is brilliant, a little swipe goes a long way. I find, one swipe on my bottom lip, smack my lips together, then using my ring finger to blend it, with a little of my body heat, is totally my vibe way of wearing this. It wears light as a feather, glides on silky soft with the doe foot applicator, drying to a suede like finish. Importantly, this is non drying & long lasting. 

It claims that it doesn't smudge or transfer, which unfortunately does not hold up, I do find a little faint amount of transfer left on inside of my face mask when out & about with the face mask life now, but not to point where its smudged all over my lips. It is still a beautiful lip product, which I enjoy wearing. 

I see a running theme here, where all three of these are matte lip products. I do prefer satin lipsticks generally, as they tend to be creamier & more moisturising. However, these 3 faves actually feel creamy, soft & velvety like satin lipsticks, but with a matte finish. Love being able to rock the matte lip vibe, without the flaky, dry lips.
